The Tank
September 24th - October 18th, 2026
Is love the greatest killer of all? Eric Micha Holmes tells a tale of a guy who just happens to meet John Hinckley, Jr., famous obsessive of Jodie Foster and, well, almost killed the Devil himself, Ronald Reagan. I think this could be a hoot!
Staffer: Reuven Glezer
I have been a big ol fan of Eric Micha Holmes since Mondo Tragic in 2019. Rapture Season is a fiction podcast that I gobbled up during pandemica. When he told me his newest was coming to NY, my ears perked up. I really hope I can find a way to catch this one. Eric’s writing is incredibly natural and also absurdly infused with a depth that is uncanny. Not to be missed.

Ars Nova
Thursday September 24th, 2026
The Princess! She's definitely not dead! Anti-monarchist that I am, that's disappointing, but won't be is seeing this transmedia/puppetry-laden work from Leo Grierson, about the darkest brain pickings of the internet, about the internet's favorite BBL-maybe-receiver (I am talking about Kate Middleton).

UrbanGlass Hot Shop
Friday September 18th, 2026
Ten short plays—whose order is decided by the audience, Neos-style—inform the live, collaborative sculpting of a glass-blown piece. I can’t say I’ve ever seen anything like it, and I don’t think most people can, either. Sold out, but waitlist at the door!

Beyond the Stardust : The Illustrious Blacks, Niegel Smith
The Flea
September 10th - October 18th, 2026
Have you seen MTRH TRSA's promo photos?! I love a transformed space that looks nothing like the one you've visited before. I love nightlife meets theater. I love the word stardust. Go shake off the day's ick and levitate for an hour or so.

The Target Margin Nonsense Labs (Let Me Be An Animal // We’ll Jump Off That Bridge When We Get There // The Charnel House // Etc) : Caroline Fermin, Adam M. Kassim, Kathleen Kennedy Tobin, Saskia Lane, Theresa Buchheister
Target Margin
September 17th - October 3rd, 2026
TMT's latest lab series asks us to consider (or un-consider, de-consider, bloo-bloo-blah-blah-consider) Nonsense itself, with three stellar artists leading three new productions across September and two one-night only events (one led by our every own Theresa!!). Puppet theatre, movement, theatricality that asks us to be NONSENSICAL in a world that has defied any semblance of logical security. To the Lab!
Staffer: Reuven Glezer
I am going to my own performance (September 30th), obviously, but I will also be there for almost all of the others! I have been going to the Target Margin Labs for over a decade and I always have a wild time… whether it is a drag king Elvis in a Gertrude Stein piece or The Million Underscores_ _ rolling a giant boulder over Ryan William Downey, there is something for everyone!
